Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design, develop and oversee high‑level solutions that align with business objectives. The role bridges business goals and technical execution, ensuring systems are secure, scalable and compliant with bank policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop solution architectures that meet business requirements while adhering to enterprise standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and provide technical direction.
• Create system design documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows and data models.
• Evaluate technology options, conduct feasibility assessments and recommend optimal solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with development, DevOps and infrastructure teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Present complex ideas to stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in solution architecture or similar roles.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large‑scale, complex systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required skills

• Architectural patterns such as microservices, SOA and serverless.
• DevOps tools and practices – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Microsoft Azure.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks – TOGAF.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) are a plus.
