Senior Officer, Middleware and Enterprise Architecture

About the role

Amret is seeking a Senior Officer to lead middleware and enterprise architecture initiatives across its digital platforms. The role will shape the technology roadmap, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive the adoption of industry‑standard practices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the enterprise architecture platform for backend services and core systems.
• Develop architecture blueprints, solution diagrams, technology stacks and integration maps at an organization level.
• Document and design information and technology architectures, including application and data flows.
• Guide the selection of architectural components following governance principles.
• Evaluate new technologies, define best‑practice architectures and ensure reusability, modularity, security and high performance.
• Manage complex technical requirements across multiple systems and domains in a multi‑team environment.
• Support integration initiatives such as Single Sign‑On (SSO) and other backend service integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in enterprise architecture solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• TOGAF and ITIL certifications are a plus.
