Senior Officer, Conventional Process

About the role

The Senior Officer, Conventional Process will support the design, testing and rollout of business process transformation initiatives. Working closely with business and technical teams, the role ensures that new processes and system enhancements meet real‑world requirements and are delivered smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in testing, training, and ongoing support for business process transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for process changes or system enhancements.
• Develop, review, and maintain UAT test cases that reflect real business scenarios and requirements.
• Engage with end‑users and subject‑matter experts to execute testing activities.
• Log, track, and escalate defects or gaps to IT/development teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Validate that solutions meet business requirements before go‑live and provide post‑implementation support.
• Support process automation, workflow improvements, and documentation of assigned processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business process automation, testing, or system improvement, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, UAT, and system implementation.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑changing digital environment.
