Senior Land Administrator / Legal Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Land Administrator / Legal Officer to join our dynamic team in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for overseeing land data reporting, managing land transfer processes, and preparing all related legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily and monthly entry‑exit documentation and generate related reports.
• Draft administrative letters, handover receipts, meeting minutes and other correspondence for relevant institutions.
• Coordinate land transfer and purchase processes, including document preparation for fingerprinting, liaison with officials, and tracking payment phases.
• Scan, organize and maintain hard‑copy and soft‑copy files related to land ownership and tenure transfers, ensuring proper naming and easy retrieval.
• Research and stay updated on land‑related laws and regulations applicable to the company.
• Securely deliver packages, documents and messages to intended recipients in a timely manner.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in land administration or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of land administration principles and practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in document management and filing systems.
• Ability to prepare legal and administrative letters and reports.
• Familiarity with land transfer procedures and related regulatory frameworks.
