Senior Data & Reporting Executive – Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Senior Executive to lead data and reporting initiatives across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that guide business strategy and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to various departments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and IT to ensure data infrastructure supports business intelligence.
• Maintain data quality through regular cleaning, validation, and updating.
• Utilize and automate BI tools to streamline data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and support on data analysis and BI tools.
• Manage projects from scope definition to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor BI performance against KPIs and adjust initiatives as needed.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
