QA & Software Tester

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic QA & Software Tester to join our R&D team. The role focuses on ensuring quality, reliability and performance of a multi‑layered platform that includes web applications, mobile apps and backend processing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, matrices and end‑to‑end testing strategies based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate functional specifications into detailed test scenarios and edge‑case validations.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date a Master Test Book containing step‑by‑step test scripts, regression suites and expected results.
• Work closely with developers, ITOps and product owners to isolate root causes, resolve cross‑functional issues and support smooth releases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and UI testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Validate data pipelines, backend logs and database transformations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Execute API testing of RESTful services using tools such as Postman, verifying payloads, response codes and business logic.
• Log, track and verify defects with clear, reproducible bug reports and assist in basic load and stress testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.
• Hands‑on testing of web applications (cross‑browser) and mobile apps (iOS/Android), both manual and automated.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC and agile tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Git repositories (GitHub or GitLab).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating relational databases.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python or JavaScript is a plus.
