Product Execution Manager (Project Manager)

About the role

The Product Execution Manager leads the end‑to‑end delivery of our clinical research platform, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You will coordinate sales, contract, implementation, R&D and finance groups to ensure projects are launched on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during software and service implementation.
• Plan, monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks and communications.
• Define and track performance metrics and KPIs for each engagement and for the implementation team.
• Continuously improve project management processes based on metric analysis.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts and milestone schedules.
• Conduct pre‑kick‑off and kick‑off meetings to align goals, deliverables, communication and risk strategies.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing team of implementation specialists.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, taking corrective actions when needed to keep projects on track.
• Provide domain expertise, product demos and guidance to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Support UAT testing and handle any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital product management, project management or a similar role.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias for action and a proactive, “rock‑star” attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours (10‑12 hours per day) and coordinate with global partners across time zones.
