Manager, Agile Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Agile Quality Assurance to lead our QA efforts within an agile environment. The role involves overseeing test planning, execution, and automation to ensure high‑quality software delivery for our banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep understanding of business processes supported by software systems.
• Approve QA testing timelines and detailed test cases for each sprint.
• Lead automated testing activities within CI/CD pipelines.
• Review and mentor the team on automated test script quality and adherence to best‑practice frameworks.
• Enforce QA methodologies, best practices, and proper documentation of test results.
• Track, record, and communicate sprint bugs and issues.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely bug resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business IT, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application testing (mobile or web).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Robot Framework.
• Strong background in software testing and test automation.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
