Lead IT Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to drive requirements definition, testing strategy, and product quality across our digital portfolio. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet functional, regulatory, and user‑experience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, data requirements, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Embed testing and quality considerations early (Shift‑Left), defining precise acceptance criteria that can be turned into test scenarios and automated tests.
• Lead the design and execution of functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing across mobile, web, and back‑office systems.
• Own risk‑based testing, identify high‑risk workflows, and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Facilitate requirement reviews, refinement sessions, and early walkthroughs with development and QA teams.
• Drive defect triage, prioritize resolution, and ensure critical defects are retested and closed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements engineering for IT projects.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate complex business needs into clear documentation.
• Experience with testing methodologies, quality‑by‑design, and risk‑based testing approaches.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
