Internal IT Officer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Internal IT Officer to manage and monitor SINET’s internal servers, networks, systems and infrastructure. The role involves installing and configuring hardware, operating systems and applications while ensuring security, backup and high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of servers, networks, systems and internal infrastructure.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Replace hardware components and procure approved equipment from designated suppliers.
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
• Monitor system performance and proactively ensure maximum availability.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess and improve technical performance of internal IT infrastructure.
• Assist in creating and maintaining system and security standard guidelines and onboarding procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, system support or related industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
