Human Resources Recruitment Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Recruitment Assistant will support VTS Express Career’s talent acquisition efforts in Phnom Penh. Working full‑time on‑site, you will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various platforms and update listings as needed.
• Screen incoming applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and communicate updates.
• Update HR and recruitment databases and prepare basic recruitment reports.
• Assist with onboarding activities and provide general HR administrative support.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with candidates, managers, and the HR team.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, collaborate in a team environment and handle confidential information.
• Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
