Head of ABA BillZone Product

About the role

ABA is looking for a senior leader to act as the CEO of its BillZone platform – a payment collection and mini‑app ecosystem delivered through ABA’s digital channels. You will own strategy, product development, commercial growth, partner onboarding and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute BillZone’s strategy and roadmap, set KPIs and governance.
• Lead product innovation and delivery for bill collection services, mini‑app experiences and merchant/back‑office portals.
• Drive merchant acquisition and partnership development, including pricing and packaging models.
• Own onboarding and integration processes, ensuring service reliability, SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Marketing on positioning, campaigns and partner activation.
• Identify and apply relevant AI advancements, including agentic commerce trends, to enhance customer and merchant experience while maintaining security and compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, bill‑payment platforms, digital banking or related fields.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams across product, technology delivery and commercial growth.
• Track record of scaling platforms with measurable business and operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of payment collection flows, settlement, reporting and exception handling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulated environments, security, data protection and risk/compliance.
