Fortinet Resident Engineer (Network Security)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Resident Security Engineer specialized in Fortinet Secure Service Edge (SSE) to join our team. The role involves delivering on‑site security support at customer premises, managing Fortinet SASE environments, and ensuring robust security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for enterprise security operations and policy management.
• Manage and optimise Fortinet SSE / SASE solutions, including ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, and CASB.
• Monitor security events, respond to incidents, and produce operational reports.
• Troubleshoot access and security‑related issues and support firewall infrastructure changes.
• Coordinate with customer security teams and OEM support to ensure compliance with best practices.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years of hands‑on enterprise security support.
• Strong background in Fortinet security technologies and FortiSASE.
• Proven experience in incident response and problem management.
