ERP Support Executive - Retail Business

About the role

The ERP Support Executive will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s ERP system across retail stores, warehouses and the head office. You will work closely with users from sales, operations, inventory, finance and procurement to resolve issues, maintain data quality and support system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily ERP support for retail operations, inventory, finance, purchasing, sales and warehouse modules.
• Respond to user issues related to transactions, reports, errors and data inconsistencies.
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical problems to internal IT teams or vendors.
• Act as first‑level support for head‑office and store users, delivering guidance, training and basic documentation.
• Support new store openings and ERP rollouts, ensuring accurate master data setup.
• Maintain master data such as items, pricing, VAT, vendors, customers and store configurations.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end processes, especially inventory and finance reconciliation.
• Prepare ERP‑related reports for management and coordinate upgrades, testing and compliance with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, preferably in retail, FMCG or distribution environments.
• Fluency in Khmer (spoken and written) and good working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or similar solutions.
• Strong Excel and ERP reporting abilities.
• Basic knowledge of databases or SQL.
• Understanding of retail processes (POS, inventory, purchasing, supplier management) and basic accounting/VAT principles.
