Enterprise Solutions Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Manager drives revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and managing enterprise and corporate accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering customized ICT, connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and digital‑transformation solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new enterprise sales and expand existing accounts to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify opportunities, increase market penetration and maximize customer value.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers across enterprise customers.
• Translate customer business objectives into tailored ICT and enterprise solution proposals.
• Lead the full sales cycle – prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with technical, product and delivery teams to design customer‑centric solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B enterprise sales or solution‑selling experience, preferably in telecommunications, ICT, cloud or managed services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
