Digital Services Officer

About the role

The Digital Services Officer will deliver digital banking services to customers, handling online transactions, hotline support and platform assistance. Working closely with branch staff, the officer will promote bank products, provide consultancy, and resolve daily banking issues through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent online banking services and transaction support via hotline and digital platforms.
• Assist customers with account maintenance for Bakong, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, etc.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions, including cross‑selling and referrals.
• Perform online KYC and AML checks (partial or full).
• Support digital product sales and service initiatives.
• Administer system tasks such as user setup, blocking, releasing, and deletion.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies related to online banking.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in banking and finance.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Khmer, and Chinese.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or call‑center environments.
• Strong work ethic, commitment and good communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital banking platforms.
• Computer literate with advanced Excel formula skills.
