Digital Product Manager

About the role

The Digital Product Manager will lead end-to-end product development, turning business requirements into market-ready mobile applications. You will own the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality releases that meet user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and manage product roadmaps and feature enhancements using lean‑agile methods.
• Plan resources for product and UX/UI design teams and oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch.
• Collaborate with UX, development, QA, marketing and other stakeholders to deliver features aligned with market trends and user behavior.
• Analyse data from Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and internal big‑data tools to generate insights, track KPIs and recommend product improvements.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations and reports for senior leadership, communicating successes, challenges and next steps.
• Support app‑specific campaigns, ensuring alignment of calendars and cross‑functional plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of product management experience, including product design and marketing for mobile applications.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Proven track record of launching new apps for specific segments or micro‑segments.
• Action‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
