About the role
The Digital Front-End Development Officer will join the Digital Front-End Development Unit at the head office in Phnom Penh. Reporting to the unit manager, the role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining user‑focused web and mobile applications while ensuring security best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop UI/UX for mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications.
- Take projects from concept through implementation, writing code based on high‑ and low‑level designs.
- Develop front‑end and back‑end web architecture and mobile app components.
- Manage data protection and address OWASP Top Ten security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to create interactive web pages.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and middleware/integration solutions.
Required profile
- Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience with web programming and mobile application platforms (Android, iOS).
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to produce clear documentation and presentations.
