Digital Content Planner

About the role

The Digital Content Planner will join Illus Brand Experience Co.’s Phnom Penh office to design, schedule and oversee digital content across social media, email and other online platforms. Working closely with designers, writers and account teams, you will ensure that every piece of content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives while meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed content calendars for multiple channels.
• Coordinate with creative and copy teams to produce scripts, captions and visual assets in Khmer and English.
• Manage content assets, version control and publishing workflows using content‑management tools.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Translate concepts into storyboards, shot lists and visual direction for video production.
• Create moodboards and style guides to preserve consistent brand identity.

Required profile

• Strong background in content planning and strategy, preferably in an agency or brand‑side role.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to write formal Khmer for media.
• Detail‑oriented with proven organisational and multi‑project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
