Data Warehouse Administration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Data Warehouse Administration Officer to support our core banking data integration and reporting needs. The role is based at our Head Office in Phnom Penh and involves close collaboration with branches.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure ETL tools to capture real‑time changes from core banking and other source systems and load them into the data warehouse.
• Design and document ETL architectures, plans and schedules.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures and ensure timely data loading.
• Create System Integration Testing (SIT) test cases, write SQL queries and generate test data scripts.
• Perform data migration for core banking and channel systems to support daily and monthly reporting, including handling heterogeneous database platforms.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on data‑warehouse operations and communicate progress to Head Office and branch teams.
• Participate in additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data‑warehouse administration and at least 1 year in the banking or financial‑services sector.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or MariaDB.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written and listening).
• Willingness to travel frequently to branch offices and provide 24/7 on‑call support.
• High integrity, motivation and ability to work under pressure.
