Data Science Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Data Science Supervisor to lead our analytics team in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on turning raw data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end data science projects, from data collection and cleaning to model development and deployment.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to define analytical requirements and ensure data quality and governance.
• Design and validate statistical models and experimental designs to measure performance.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualisations for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting best practices in data science and ethical data use.
• Prioritise workloads, monitor project timelines, and continuously improve analytical tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modelling and data management.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience guiding a data‑focused team.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to communicate complex results clearly.
