Cybersecurity Supervisor – Lead Incident Response & Threat Management

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Supervisor to lead our organization’s defense against sophisticated cyber threats. The role will oversee incident response, vulnerability management, threat investigations and compliance initiatives, while fostering a strong security culture across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring and rapid response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring effective containment and mitigation.
• Direct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and remediation strategies, prioritising risks based on business impact.
• Conduct in‑depth investigations of security threats and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead security monitoring and compliance programmes aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Champion cybersecurity awareness programmes to promote a proactive security culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security or SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of security technologies, incident response protocols and vulnerability management frameworks.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST or PCI DSS.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH) highly preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
