Corporate Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Corporate Sales Supervisor will lead the expansion of sales across event‑related venues, including wedding halls, banquet facilities, conference centres, hotels, restaurants and party organisers. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with venue owners, managers and event planners to drive product usage at weddings, parties and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new venue partners, creating a robust sales ecosystem.
• Develop and implement customised sales strategies, promotions and packages for various event types.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility, availability and compliance with agreements.
• Collaborate with event planners, wedding organisers and catering teams to secure product placement at events.
• Provide venue partners with marketing materials, tasting sessions and promotional support.
• Work closely with internal Trade Marketing for activations and event‑related branding.
• Analyse event trends, seasonal demand and consumer behaviour within the wedding and events industry.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, new partnerships and pipeline opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, agreements and pricing records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, beverages or event services.
• Strong understanding of event operations, the wedding industry and the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven capability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, field‑focused environment.
• High organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluent in Khmer and English, both spoken and written.
