Compensation & Benefits Supervisor - Retail Business

About the role

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to lead payroll, benefits administration and compliance for a large retail workforce across stores and head office. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, adherence to Cambodian labour regulations and supports cost‑effective compensation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll for retail and head‑office staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and proper handling of salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses and allowances.
• Maintain salary structures, grading, promotions and conduct annual salary reviews.
• Administer statutory and company benefits such as NSSF, seniority pay, leave entitlements and maternity/paternity benefits, keeping records up to date.
• Ensure full compliance with Cambodian Labour Law, manage contracts, statutory filings and prepare for labour inspections or audits.
• Implement and monitor compensation and benefits policies, safeguarding confidentiality and proper filing of employee records.
• Prepare regular reports on headcount, payroll costs, overtime and benefits to support HR budgeting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll, preferably in retail, FMCG or multi‑site operations.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law, NSSF regulations and payroll practices.
• Excellent analytical, project management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
