Visual Merchandising Officer

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Officer will support the manager and retail team in creating compelling store displays that reflect Bodia’s brand identity and drive customer engagement across its spa and boutique locations. This role combines creative design, project coordination, and on‑site implementation to ensure visual standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and building store displays, window installations, signage, lightboxes and seasonal promotional setups.
• Produce 3D visual merchandising mock‑ups for store layouts, fixtures and campaign concepts.
• Guide front‑line staff in updating displays for new product launches, seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver monthly visual merchandising reports with photographic documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and oversee production of visual merchandising elements.
• Manage the installation process, liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with the graphic design team to implement POS artwork and visual layouts as intended.
• Maintain inventory of visual merchandising assets, tracking usage and storage.
• Monitor industry trends, research lifestyle and design developments, and propose ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, interior architecture, marketing, retail management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, interior design, offline marketing or retail, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of retail store design principles and commercial awareness of retail trends.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible and able to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience using 3D visualization software.
