Visual Designer

About the role

The Visual Designer will work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh, providing daily graphic design support to multiple departments while also creating 3D visualisations for events and exhibitions. The role blends traditional graphic work with 3D modelling to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce posters, social media visuals, promotional materials, branding assets and event collateral on request.
• Develop, refine and adapt creative concepts to meet brand and project guidelines.
• Create 3D models, renderings and visualisations for stages, booths, exhibition spaces and other event scenarios.
• Assist the Event Supervisor with preparation, material coordination, on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Prioritise multiple design tasks to ensure timely delivery and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Multimedia or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D visual design or related disciplines, preferably in advertising, events or commercial projects.
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, effective communication and solid time‑management abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and 3D design work.
