Team Lead, B2B Engineering

About the role

Panasonic Cambodia is seeking a full‑time Team Lead for B2B Engineering to head an engineering team that delivers high‑quality HVAC solutions to commercial customers. The role is on‑site in Phnom Penh and involves mentoring staff, coordinating cross‑functional projects and ensuring compliance with customer and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers focused on B2B HVAC solutions.
• Plan, schedule and oversee engineering activities, managing timelines, resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and service teams to design and implement tailored B2B solutions.
• Review technical designs, support automation initiatives and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare management reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and project acceptance phases.

Required profile

• Provide technical support and consultation for B2B commercial HVAC customers.
• Conduct requirement analysis covering cooling/heating capacity, site conditions and operational needs.
• Select and recommend appropriate HVAC systems based on project specifications.
• Review and advise on installation design for refrigerant piping, drainage piping and electrical power supply.
• Perform site surveys to confirm installation environment and technical conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors/sub‑contractors and assist during installation and commissioning.
