Supply Executive – Main Fuel

About the role

The Supply Executive – Main Fuel ensures full compliance with company standards, HSEQ requirements and strategic road‑maps for fuel supply and depot operations. You will oversee the importation of diesel, gasoline and Jet‑A1, coordinating logistics, suppliers, customs and internal teams to guarantee continuous product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics costs from supplier to depot, including product costs, clearance fees, taxes, inspections and loss claims.
• Analyze logistics processes, mass balance and support efficiency optimisation initiatives.
• Administer contracts with contractors and subcontractors, handling due‑diligence, purchase requisitions, invoice verification and payment follow‑up.
• Ensure SAP/Lynks transactions are accurate and complete for all cost components.
• Verify that imported fuels meet technical, safety and quality standards, including correct dyes and additives.
• Manage price‑risk exposure, optimise inventory levels and reduce supply lead times.
• Coordinate month‑end reconciliations, resolve reporting issues and maintain up‑to‑date permits, certificates and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Excellent time‑management, decision‑making and communication skills.
