Social Media Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Subject Matter Expert to work remotely on an hourly contract basis. You will evaluate AI‑generated social content, provide detailed feedback, and create high‑quality social media assets that help improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop prompts and gold‑standard social outputs (posts, threads, scripts, calendars, strategy notes) for AI training.
• Evaluate, rank, and refine AI‑generated responses for clarity, brand voice, platform fit, and audience relevance.
• Identify and flag issues such as misleading claims, policy violations, brand safety risks, and bias.
• Fact‑check claims and write explanatory model posts that demonstrate strong social‑first writing.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure content aligns with creative briefs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing social media for brands, including content creation and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook mechanics.
• Experience with content calendars, creative briefs, and approval workflows.
• Ability to assess content for risk, policy compliance, and brand safety.
