About the role
The role sits at the heart of our commercial development, bridging our hotel with Cambodian travel agencies, welcoming VIP guests, coordinating with the Reservations team, and promoting our restaurant, spa and in‑house experiences. It is based in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Key responsibilities
- Bridge the hotel with Cambodian travel agencies.
- Welcome and attend to VIP guests.
- Coordinate with the Reservations team.
- Promote the restaurant, spa and in‑house experiences.
Required profile
- Fluent in Khmer and English.
- Experience in sales, travel or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of service.
