Member Experience Associate

About the role

Commune Work is a coworking space that blends hospitality with flexible work environments. As a Member Experience Associate you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their membership.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors, creating a warm, professional first impression.
• Support new‑member onboarding and guide members on using space services and amenities.
• Build genuine relationships, proactively check in, and respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns.
• Handle member issues and complaints calmly, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Gather formal and informal feedback and share insights with the wider team.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures and maintain space standards across work areas, lounges, kitchens, meeting rooms, and phone booths.
• Prepare and reset meeting rooms, monitor consumables, and coordinate maintenance or cleaning requests.
