Reporting Officer

About the role

The Reporting Officer will support the procurement and logistics functions by assisting in market research, supplier management, and documentation. This role ensures that goods and services are sourced, ordered, and delivered in line with company policies and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new markets for goods and services and reviewing specifications, delivery conditions, and payment terms.
• Gather supplier quotes, prepare quote analyses, and support management approval processes.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment according to approved purchase requests and contracts.
• Update and maintain supplier databases, including price lists, contact details, and source information.
• Help resolve issues such as defective goods, damages, and returns.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders, and service contracts for departmental approval.
• Collaborate with transport agents and customs departments to manage shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment coordination, and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs and transport agents.
• Familiarity with procurement processes in the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
