Reporting Officer

About the role

The Reporting Officer will support the procurement and logistics functions by assisting in market research, supplier coordination, and documentation management. This position ensures timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining accurate records for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new markets for goods and services and reviewing specifications.
• Obtain supplier quotations, perform quote analysis, and prepare documents for management approval.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update supplier and price databases regularly.
• Issue purchase orders, contracts, and quotations to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with transport agents and customs authorities to manage shipments and customs clearance.
• Track work status and ensure proper documentation retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment coordination, and customs clearance, preferably within the power, energy, or infrastructure sector.
• Strong teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
