Relationship Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Executive to build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients. The role involves understanding clients’ financial goals and recommending suitable wealth and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients, conducting professional meetings and presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Stay informed on market trends and financial products to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized financial solutions and achieve business development targets.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services (banking, wealth management, insurance, investment, trust, securities, or related fields).
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of various financial products, including investments, insurance, wealth management, lending, and trust solutions.
• Professional appearance, confident business etiquette, and ability to communicate effectively in English (Mandarin a plus).
