Procurement Supervisor (Urgent)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the procurement department and focuses on sourcing and purchasing construction materials, equipment, and services for ongoing projects in Phnom Penh. The role requires close collaboration with project, engineering, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to support project schedules.
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Work with engineering, warehouse and finance teams to align procurement activities with project needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
