Planning Manager – Project Planning & Technical Lead

About the role

Lead project planning and technical functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, technically compliant, and aligned with business objectives while driving strategic improvements in planning systems and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardize the project planning system, including baseline, tracking, and reporting.
• Create planning templates, dashboards, and reporting tools using ERP and Power BI.
• Develop and control project schedules, track progress, and update regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and dashboards, highlighting risks and delays.
• Prepare and review method statements, work sequences, and support site execution planning.
• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Maintain planning records, ensure document control, and provide data for management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in construction/project planning.
• At least 8 years in a managerial role with strong coordination ability.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and technical coordination.
