Manager, Global Markets (Sales Dealer)

About the role

Deliver Global Markets solutions—including FX, rates, money‑market and structured products—to corporate, SME and institutional clients. The Sales Dealer is responsible for revenue generation, client relationship management and trade execution while adhering to regulatory and internal governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by pricing and executing FX spot, forward, swaps, MM, IRS and structured products.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate, SME and institutional clients, deepen wallet share and drive cross‑selling.
• Provide firm quotes within approved pricing discretion and risk limits, and ensure accurate trade execution and settlement.
• Produce daily market commentaries, pricing indications and hedging strategies for client portfolios.
• Maintain client profiles, pricing logs and sales call reports, and collaborate with relationship managers, traders and product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Prior experience in Global Markets, treasury or corporate banking, preferably with sales dealer responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of FX, money‑market and rates products and associated pricing.
• Knowledge of risk metrics such as VAR, PV01 and settlement risk.
• High integrity, proactive commercial mindset and ability to work in volatile markets.

Required skills

• Bloomberg and Refinitiv platforms.
• Internal pricing tools for spot, forward, swap, NDF and IRS.
• Analysis of market movements and client exposures.
• Risk‑metric calculations (VAR, PV01).
