Compliance Analyst

About the role

Position based in Cambodia, supporting Zuellig Pharma business units to uphold the overall Compliance Program in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Perform review of selected client contracts to identify key clauses covering governance, compliance, safety, and quality.
• Conduct reviews using AI agents and manual double‑checking.
• Collaborate with relevant functions in each market to identify current policies and practices related to the identified clauses.
• Produce gap analysis between contract terms and actual practice/implementation.
• Align identified gaps to client contract requirements and work with functions to remediate.
• Consolidate gap analysis, provide status updates, and ensure remediation of all gaps to the regional Project Manager.

Required profile

• MBA or Master graduate with a legal background.
• Proficient in understanding and analyzing contract clauses.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• Fresh graduate preferred.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to differentiate urgency and priority.
