Legal and Compliance Manager

About the role

The Legal and Compliance Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Stueng Mean Chey. The role oversees legal and regulatory compliance across the clinic, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and maintain legal documents, contracts and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess implications and advise management.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Design, implement and maintain compliance frameworks and programs.
• Coordinate internal audits and support corrective actions.
• Provide training to staff on legal and compliance topics.
• Manage incident reporting, investigation and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative and executive teams to promote ethical practices and patient safety.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of law and legal compliance, with experience in a healthcare or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance management, including program development and policy maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or healthcare law are a plus.
• Experience with healthcare regulations, patient data protection and clinical ethical standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and risk‑assessment abilities, with high attention to detail.
