About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Creator to become the face of our brand and lead the production of high‑performing short‑form video content across platforms such as TikTok and Reels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a 30‑day video production calendar.
• Collaborate on scripting to maximize viewer retention and message clarity.
• Act as the primary on‑camera brand representative, delivering confident and engaging presentations.
• Set up and operate mobile or professional recording equipment, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio quality.
• Edit short‑form videos with fast‑paced cuts, subtitles, color correction, and sound optimization.
• Write compelling captions with strong hooks and calls‑to‑action, and publish content on TikTok, Reels, etc.

Required profile

• Confident on camera with strong presentation skills.
• Organized and able to manage a production schedule independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video trends and platform algorithms.
• Experience setting up lighting and audio for mobile video production.
• Ability to write or refine scripts, hooks, and calls‑to‑action.
