Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive market analysis, product promotion and brand building for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. This role works closely with sales and trade teams to develop strategies that increase market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regional market trends, opportunities and demand.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis covering product, cost, quality, delivery and service.
• Identify target markets and develop communication strategies, including advertising campaigns.
• Manage trade marketing activities such as promotions and trade campaigns.
• Prepare marketing plans, budgets and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Lead special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of management experience in sales and marketing within an FMCG environment.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills with proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Mature, able to handle team and client issues effectively.
• Team‑oriented, flexible and high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
