VAS Supervisor – Fulfillment & Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a VAS Supervisor to join our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution team. The role supports inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across various facility types, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while adhering to Maersk’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of inventory and warehouse tasks in CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses and other sites.
• Perform skilled technical, administrative and operational duties to support the logistics flow.
• Apply standard operating procedures and, when necessary, deviate within defined limits to resolve non‑routine issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and senior colleagues to escalate complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Limited prior experience in logistics or warehouse environments; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work independently on tasks of limited scope while following established guidelines.
• Good judgment within defined boundaries and willingness to seek guidance for unusual situations.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using standard administrative tools and equipment.
