Transportation Assistant

About the role

Tech Seng, a leading construction materials supplier in Cambodia, is looking for a proactive Transportation Assistant to support daily logistics operations. You will ensure timely deliveries, safe loading practices, and continuous improvement of transport processes.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange trucks for delivery according to the daily sales plan.
• Monitor pickup trucks and take corrective actions to avoid late deliveries.
• Visually inspect loading trucks to prevent unsafe loading and protect product quality.
• Participate in the maintenance of trucks and related equipment.
• Identify and implement improvements to logistic operations.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating transport reports, processes, and work instructions.
• Promote waste minimisation and safe working practices.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to monitor, support, and resolve daily transportation operations.
• Experience in checking and verifying transportation tasks.
• Capability to train users on operational procedures and drive improvements.
• Willingness to collaborate with system consultants for system enhancements.
