Transactions Specialist

About the role

The Transactions Specialist supports daily transaction operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth customer experiences. You will work remotely, handling verification, audits and complaint resolution while identifying root causes of recurring issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive day‑to‑day support for outlet operations.
• Fulfill operational support requests and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
• Apply systematic analysis to resolve complex problems.
• Perform transaction verification and participate in internal audits.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Accurately document and categorize customer interactions within relevant systems.
• Report emerging and recurring issues in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Educational background ranging from O Level to graduate diploma; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotational shifts with six rest days per month.
• Familiarity with customer service principles, computer applications and administrative procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of identifying, documenting and presenting root causes and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
