Technical Sales Supervisor (Lab, Diagnostics & Medical Devices)

About the role

The Supervisor, Technical Sales for General Lab, Diagnostics and Medical Devices leads a field sales team in Cambodia, driving revenue growth and market expansion for DKSH’s medical product portfolio. You will combine strong leadership with hands‑on commercial expertise to develop the team, nurture customer relationships and achieve sales targets across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to meet allocated sales targets.
• Deliver structured product and sales training, coach team members and resolve performance challenges.
• Implement the business plan and sales strategy across territories to achieve profitability goals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Gather and analyse market and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee order forecasting and buffer‑stock management for consignment products.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, installation and customer support.
• Provide regular performance updates and request senior‑management support as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Science, Medical or Business‑related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar technical sales or sales‑supervision role.
• Solid knowledge of the healthcare industry, market dynamics and customer profiles.
• Strong selling, organisational and prioritisation abilities in a dynamic field‑sales environment.
