Supply Planning Manager - C&L

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager – C&L will own end‑to‑end supply planning for assigned categories in Cambodia, turning demand forecasts into executable supply plans. The role ensures high customer service, optimal inventory levels and efficient working capital while supporting the monthly S&OP/IBP process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and mid‑term supply plans aligned with approved demand forecasts, considering capacity, lead times and constraints.
• Translate demand into procurement and replenishment plans, maintaining stock availability to meet OTIF and Customer Fill Rate targets.
• Identify and resolve supply issues such as shortages, delays or allocation constraints.
• Manage inventory health – Days on Hand, slow‑moving, aging and obsolete stock – and drive actions like rebalancing, clearance or demand shaping.
• Prepare supply inputs for the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle, analyse gaps and propose mitigation scenarios.
• Act as the main interface between Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Suppliers, providing visibility and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP, ERP tools and Excel, and produce regular reports on service level, inventory and supply risks.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and support junior planners where applicable.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, S&OP/IBP processes and working‑capital optimisation.
• Proven ability to translate demand forecasts into feasible supply plans and to manage supply risks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to work cross‑functionally.
