Procurement & Shipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operator to support our procurement, shipment and customs clearance activities in Phnom Penh. The role will assist the team in sourcing suppliers, managing purchase requests and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new markets for goods and services and reviewing specifications, delivery and payment conditions.
• Obtain supplier quotes, prepare quote analysis and secure management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update and maintain supplier and price databases regularly.
• Issue purchase orders, contracts and track work status for requestors.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipment and customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in procurement, shipment and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs.
• Knowledge of procurement in the power, energy or infrastructure sector is an asset.
• Strong teamwork attitude in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Negotiation and analytical abilities.
