Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor joins Eleven One Kitchen to ensure that all kitchen and related operations receive the right materials at the right time and cost. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates purchasing, inventory control, and stock replenishment while supporting continuous improvement in supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily purchasing, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Inspect incoming goods, resolve discrepancies, and manage documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, update records, and forecast demand with kitchen teams.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Train team members on supply‑chain procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and forecast demand.
• Operations‑management experience to streamline supply‑chain activities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Inventory‑management expertise to maintain accurate stock records.
• Customer‑service mindset to support internal teams and enhance guest experience.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Basic knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and quality control.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
