Supervisor Technical Sales

About the role

The Supervisor, Technical Sales (General Lab, Diagnostics, and Medical Devices) leads a field sales team in Cambodia, driving medical product sales targets through effective strategy execution, team development, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and guide the sales team to achieve allocated targets through supervision, delegation and performance accountability.
• Develop team capability with structured product and sales training, practical coaching and challenge resolution.
• Implement business plan and sales strategy across territories to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while exploring new opportunities.
• Gather and analyse market and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee order forecasting and buffer stock management for consignment products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, installation and key customer relationship development.
• Provide timely performance updates to senior management and handle administrative coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Science, Medical or Business-related discipline.
• Three to four years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of the healthcare industry, market dynamics, competitors and customer profiles.
• Willingness to continuously build and deepen product expertise.
• Strong selling and organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and lead a team in a dynamic field sales environment.
