Supervisor, Talent Development

About the role

The Talent Development Supervisor will design, implement and continuously improve the organization’s talent development and foreign language proficiency programs. This role ensures that training initiatives align with business needs and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and launch talent development programs, including a Leadership Acceleration Program.
• Continuously improve the Foreign Language Proficiency Program for head‑office and network staff.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, track participation and maintain accurate records.
• Calculate training cost amortization when employees exit, ensuring compliance with policy.
• Conduct training evaluations, gather feedback and produce progress reports.
• Collaborate with the L&D function to support additional training initiatives.
• Ensure all programs comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, training or talent management, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.).
